Click on the mixer icon in Sibelius.

Move the slider bar in the "SOLO" section from Mixer panel, corresponding to Magnus Choir VST instrument Device.

Select your customized volume from the SOLO slider.

Play the score

Note: By controlling from MIDI CC#7 allows keep the selected volume control too.
